Gaming Summer Camp for Kids: Build Real Skills While Having Fun
Third through fifth graders are at the perfect age to channel their natural love of games into actual learning. At this stage, kids are developing problem-solving abilities and starting to think creatively about how things work—which is exactly what happens in our gaming summer camps. Whether your child is diving into Minecraft, creating their first Roblox game, or learning game design basics, they're building logic skills and digital literacy that'll serve them far beyond the screen. Our instructors know exactly how to keep this age group engaged without overwhelming them.
In small groups of 4 to 8 students, your child gets real attention and plenty of opportunities to share ideas. They'll work on actual projects—not just play games—which means they're developing patience, persistence, and the confidence that comes from finishing something they created themselves. These are the years when kids start caring what their peers think, and our supportive classroom environment lets them experiment without fear of judgment. Plus, they're building friendships with other kids who get why gaming matters to them.
Our gaming summer camps start at just $50 per class, with sessions running 40 to 55 minutes—long enough to make real progress, short enough to keep their focus sharp. Your child will walk away with new skills, a sense of accomplishment, and probably can't wait for the next session. That's the kind of summer learning that actually sticks.
